How the percentage works
A fair base that does not charge twice.
The management percentage is calculated on the accommodation payout after booking-platform commission. Cleaning, refundable deposits, taxes, owner cancellations and refunds are excluded.
Changeover cleaning and laundry are separate per-turnover costs and are normally built into the guest’s cleaning fee. Repairs, materials and third-party contractor invoices are separate and require owner authority within the agreed spending limit.

£195 onboarding waived.
For the first three suitable properties joining on a clearly agreed six-month initial term. The ongoing management percentage remains unchanged so delivery is properly funded.
